2 Hours to a Team is a program designed to address the needs of your organization. By combining three elements: Leadership, Training, and Teambuilding/Relationship Development, your group of individuals will be transformed into an effective, united team.

Ask any supervisor or organizational leader what their biggest concern is, and they will talk about egos, personalities, reputations, squabbles over territories, petty jealousies and apathy standing in the way of organizational effectiveness. It is not easy for people to drop their egos and facades and strive for team unity - or is it? By the conclusion of this non-stop, challenging program, individuals will be transformed from passive listeners into an inspired, united and supportive team. Participants who before were concerned about "who got the credit," will shift their focus to ensure that the mission of the group is accomplished and principles are not compromised. Participants will leave with practical strategies to employ on the job. These are time-tested exercises where each fulfills a specific purpose.
