Frank Kitchen is the Assistant Director of Student Activities at Lakeland Community College (OH). Frank is a man of many talents and enjoys sharing his life experiences. "Live Life" is one of his favorite mottos! Frank has been a true testament to that statement of "living life." Some of his experiences have been entertaining children at birthday parties, serving as a Program Board president in college, giving the commencement speech at his own college graduation, managing a toy store, working as a model, working as an actor, serving as an ambassador in Australia for 5 weeks, and growing his hair out and dying it "Purple" for charity.
Workshops on Leadership, Recruitment, Volunteer Recognition, Motivation, Diversity, Volunteer Training, Marketing, Event Planning, Communication, Organization, and Time Management are just a few of the presentations given by this inspiring speaker.
Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He has over 10 years of experience in student life and the business world. He has served on the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) Showcase and Festival Selection Committees for the Great Lakes Region; served as the Great Lakes Region's conference diversity coordinator in 2001; presented educational sessions at various conferences and conventions; and written for Programming magazine.

Why I Believe in Bad Bad Apples...
Being successful means finding ways around obstacles to achieve or accomplish a goal. A lot of people just don't have the proper inspiration, motivation, or knowledge. Everyone should experience success!
I believe people can achieve anything! I believe people can be successful! I've had the great opportunity learn from people who have inspired me to pursue and achieve my goals. The special feeling you get inside when pursuing or achieving a goal can't be described!
The best way for me to repay the people who inspired me, is to help inspire others. I have been told that I inspire and motivate people when I share my experiences. Seeing people achieve a goal or dream inspires me! Putting smiles on people's faces inspires me! Being the inspiration for an individual to experience success gives me that special feeling that just can't be described!
