Lenny's mission is simple: To help individuals and organizations move forward by emphasizing the fundamental concepts of Creative Thinking, Leadership and Wellness. With information, energy and humor, Lenny delivers a powerful message: "Get Out of the Box or Get Out of the Way."
Lenny Dave (Founder and President of Lenmar Communications) is a nationally-recognized creative thinker, humorist, speaker and author. His background in the field of creative communications, combined with his talent as a motivational public speaker, have enabled Lenny to serve a diverse client base.
Lenny is co-author of, "Let Your Leadership Speak: How to Lead and Be Heard." Campus Activities Magazine has nominated Lenny as a 2001 and 2002 "Speaker of the Year," and Lenny is the recipient of 10 Lecture Showcases in recent years by NACA and APCA, the two leading campus entertainment organizations. In 2007, Lenny will be installed as President of AATH (Association for Applied & Therapeutic Humor - www.aath.org)
Even though Lenny is not yet listed in the Guinness Book of World Records, he is believed to be the only professional speaker in the world who has also caught 12 foul balls at Major League Baseball games!
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Lenny is a 1975 graduate of Walnut Hills High School. In 1979, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). Lenny credits one of his favorite professors, "Dr. Bob" Vogel, for opening his eyes to seeing the fun one could have in pursuing his passion.
In 1987, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Lenny founded LENMAR Communications. His fun, motivational keynotes and workshops on creativity, leadership, success and wellness deliver an informative, entertaining kick-in-the-seat-of-the-pants! Lenny has addressed audiences ranging from college student leaders to corporate executives to cancer patients and their families.
