Rodger is an amazing and energetic speaker. Our students loved his "Electric slide Presentation." The students learned leadership skills and how to dance. The Electric Slide was requested and played multiple times at the annual Halloween Dance.
~~ Student Activities Office, Lakeland Community College

I would say that Rodger is an enthusiastic and realistic speaker who can touch the hearts of people from various backgrounds. He connects with the audience because he knows how to read them.
~~ Dina Ferrer-- Lorain Rotary

Rodger's presentation on stress relief, motivation, and team building was an unqualified hit! Our membership found him entertaining and informative. When planning future meetings and selecting presenters his name often comes up as a speaker to schedule for a return visit.
~~ Jennifer Gosses, Lorain County Association for the Education of Young Children

He is a high energy presenter with a interesting and informative presentation on leadership that is tied to an interact format. He will capture the attention of his audience and raise their awareness of the importance of training for all student leaders. Why I Believe in Bad Bad Apples...

It is amazing to me that from the smallest particle comes the power to change the world. Potential energy is bound up in the nucleus of the Atom. However, it is only when the atom is split can the true and full power be understood. I believe that the same potential for success exists within each of us. Just like the atom, we can change the world only when our energy becomes kinetic. What transports us from potential to kinetic? The answer is inspiration. I have been inspired by those who touched my life, my friends, my family and strangers. Many have taken the time to assist, encourage me and challenge me as I pursue my next success. Others may never know the impact of their lives on me. The sharing their life's story has moved me in immeasurable ways. I believe that my mission in life is to provide the spark for others to experience success. It might be through my words, it might be through my actions or it might be just through my story. As the old Negro spiritual says, "...if I can help somebody along the way, then my living shall not be in vain."
