Tommy Blaze
Tommy Blaze has carved out his niche as the nation's foremost relationship comedian. Television, motion pictures, theater and the comedy club stage have all afforded Blaze the opportunity to build a reputation that was described by Tampa Tribune as a funny Dr. Phil and probably more accurate.
Tommy Blaze's entrance into stand up comedy is best portrayed by the adage "a meteoric rise." One short year to the day after Tommy first touched a microphone on an "amateur night" stage, Blaze was voted Showtime's Funniest Person in America. Literally the next day, he found himself performing his act on national television. From his home in New Jersey, Blaze's comedy idol and super star Eddie Murphy was watching and soon after, Blaze was hired to write two motion pictures for Murphy's production company. If the story of Tommy Blaze ended here, it would remain proof positive that dreams can and do come true.
Still a relative novice in the business, Blaze was asked to perform stand up on over one hundred television programs including MTV's Half Hour Comedy Hour, A&E's Evening at the Improv, CBS Morning Show, Star Search, The Arsenio Hall Show, Showtime's All Stars, HBO Young Comedians, VH-1 Spot Light, Saturday Night Live, Night Life and Comedy Central.
Soon after Hollywood called and Blaze stared in the underground cult hit Viewer Discretion Advised and the action-comedy film Rumpelstilskin. From there he spearheaded the nightly syndicated sketch series The Newz for FOX TV and was asked to co-star on the most watched episode of NBC's mega-hit Friends.
Blaze has been invited perform at both the Montreal Comedy Festival and HBO's Las Vegas Comedy Festival. Through it all, he has found time to perform at over 500 college campuses, is a regular on The Bob and Tom Radio Show and recently completed Central Florida's longest running one man show I Love You Now Shut Up.
Although Blaze has taught stand-up in classes and workshops to hundreds of young hopefuls, he remains a student of the art as well and works closely with the National Comedy Hall of Fame for the preservation and education of the history of comedy in America.
He has most recently finished writing the book One Question For God and still headlines comedy clubs, casinos and corporate events all over the country.

Corporate Review
"When my corporate clients ask me for a comedian whose humor appeals to all ages without being offensive, Tommy Blaze is always at the top of my list. I can always count on Tommy to deliver a top-notch performance that keeps them laughing for days."
~~Lee Peyton, Peyton & Day Entertainment
Tommy Blaze is one of the funniest comedians we've ever hosted at Winthrop University. He had the audiences holding themselves they were laughing so hard.
His routine is unique and one that makes you think. He puts you in a great mood and keeps you there with his sarcastic and witty observations of life around us.
In addition to being hilarious, he is also one of then nicest performers we've hosted here. He was great w/ the crowd and even nicer to all my students on program board. When Tommy Blaze leaves a campus, you don't think of a performer departing for their next school gig, you're sad as the new friend you've made has to move on.
Tommy Blaze Rocks !!!
